We are looking for freelance animators to supplement our small team animating short segments for an entertaining and educational preschool variety series. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong animation skills and work creatively and collaboratively with other animators.

 

Please note that we will only be contacting applicants who are residents of the province of Ontario.

Software Knowledge Required:

  • Adobe After Effects
  • Harmony, Maya, or stop-motion knowledge is an asset

Required skills:

  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work in a team environment when needed
  • Take direction from supervisors
  • Meet deadlines

What we’re looking for

  • Animation experience on a TV production an asset
  • Willing to learn and have a great attitude
  • Able to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent Resident, and Ontario Resident
  • Animators in the Toronto area are preferred

 

Duration: 4 month contract (starting as soon as possible) *possibility for contract extensions
