LEAD DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Design department to meet the client’s vision and expectation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Harmony experience would be an asset
• Character design experience
• Background layout and paint experience
• Prop design experience
• Character design experience
• Color styling experience
• Experience leading a design team
• Experience as an Art Director or Production Designer would be an asset
• Good communication skills
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to take and give direction
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask a plus
