Currently seeking an experienced animation Production Manager to join our studio for season 3 of By The Rapids. The production manager is responsible for all aspects of the in-house production team including staff hiring and scheduling, setting production quotas, and managing the production schedule and budget to ensure the production is delivered to the broadcaster on time and on budget. This position is the highest-ranking person on the production team and reports directly to the producer and President of the company.
Position Requirements:
• Creating master production schedule and budget
•Accountable for all aspects of the production
•Creating & distributing weekly production reports to Producer
•Supervise and delegate responsibilities to production coordinator
•Tracking payroll and submitting regular cost reports to the accountant
•Manage artists quotas/deadlines
•Manage approvals and deliveries to broadcasters
•Supervising and motivating the production team
•Minimum of 2 years television or feature film production experience, preferably with animation experience
•Proficient in EP Budgeting, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
•Candidates must have dynamic troubleshooting skills and be able to lead a team and work calmly under pressure to resolve production staff related issues
•Candidates must have strong leadership skills and an ability to build team morale under challenging circumstances
•Excellent organizational skills
•Excellent verbal/written communication skills are mandatory
