I am seeking a position with your company as an Animator for your upcoming projects. I am enclosing a My current resume for your consideration, just to tell you a little bit about Myself, I have been working in the animation business for over 20 years as a Character Animator, designer and storyboard artist
I am a graduate of Sheridan College’s Classical Animation program in Oakville. For the first 10 years of My career, I spent it working as a hand drawn Cell Character animator. I spent four years in Dublin Ireland working at Sullivan Bluth Studios. I then relocated to Los Angeles and worked at Numerous Studios there, including Disney studios, Sony Imageworks and Rhythm and Hues.
For the last 10 years I have worked in the computer animation side of the film, Television and video game industries, I feel I have become very well versed in several of the most prominent 3D packages that are currently available, especially Maya, Lightwave, Softimage and 3D Studio Max. I am sure that upon reviewing My resume, you will see that I could be a tremendous addition to your Creative team. I feel strongly that one of My greatest assets is My ability to bring My skills as a traditional character animator to My work in 3-D animation based projects.
