Our bustling and productive CG Animation studio in the heart of Bangkok is looking for new colleagues to join our family!

The position:

The Producer will be working on various short and long format productions. You are creatively and financially responsible for the production and have the overall control with every aspect of the production. You will be making sure that everybody on the project can work together to achieve a common goal of turning ideas into reality. We expect you to lead a team of foreign and Thai artists and coordinators and occasionally liaise with European and North American clients.

We expect that you:

• Have 10+ years of experience in CG Animation Production (TV, TVC)
• Have experience working with teams of artists in Asia
• Have a good sense of business and the ability to prepare and control the production budget
• Are very organized and work well under pressure
• Have excellent communication skills and knows the importance of motivating your team
• Are self motivated, proactive and that you naturally take responsibility
• Are flexible and have ability to adapt and navigate in a world where you never know exactly what will happen
• Are friendly, patient and have a sense of humor
• Are proficient in written and spoken English

  Experience using Shotgun is a bonus.
