jobby: CG Animation Supervisor, Picture This Studio, Bangkok, Thailand

You will be working on various short and long format productions and we expect you to lead a team of foreign and Thai artists and occasionally liaise with European and North American Producers & Directors. You will be responsible for leading and supervising the team, and ensuring the delivery of high quality animation on schedule and budget.

You are expected to have the ability to cast the right animator for any specific task both to ensure performances and to develop the skillset of the animators. You will be assigning, guiding, supervising and reviewing the work of the animators and constantly have focus on it being consistent with the expected style and quality.

We expect that you:

•   Have a strong, and creative grasp of CG character animation (Maya)
•   Have 10+ years of experience in CG Animation Production (TV, TVC)
•   Have experience supervising teams of artists in Asia
•   Naturally take responsibility and that you are a teamworker
•   Are eager to ensure high quality work in your team
•   Have strong communication skills and knows the importance of motivating your

  team

•   Have the ability to balance sensitively creative desires with production

  requirements

•   Are friendly, patient and have a sense of humor
•   Are proficient in written and spoken English

  Experience using Shotgun is a bonus.
