Picture This Studio is looking for a CG Supervisor Our bustling and productive CG Animation studio in the heart of Bangkok is looking for a new colleague to join our family!
- Have 10+ years of experience in CG Animation Production (TV, TVC)
- Have a strong, and creative grasp of CG Animation Processes (Model – Comp)
- Have strong understanding of CG Technology works (Rendering, Processing, Scripting)
- Have solid knowledge of CG Software (Maya, Nuke, Vray, Realflow, etc)
- Have experience using Shotgun for production tracking, submitting & publishing
- Have experience supervising teams of artists in Asia
- Naturally take responsibility and that you are a teamworker
- Are eager to ensure high quality work in your team
- Have strong communication skills and know the importance of motivating your team
- Have the ability to balance sensitively creative desires with production requirements
- Are friendly, patient and have a sense of humor
- Are proficient in written and spoken English
You will be working on various short and long format productions (TV Series, TVC) and we expect you to lead a team of foreign and Thai artists and occasionally liaise with European and North American Producers & Directors. You will be responsible for directing and mentoring our team of Supervisors, and ensuring the delivery of high quality animation on schedule and budget, while we fine tune our pipeline and workflows.

You are expected to have the ability to cast the right technology & team for any specific project to ensure efficient production while meeting – or exceeding – the required levels of quality. You will be assigning, guiding, supervising, mentoring and motivating the crew with a mixture of technical expertise, artistic understanding, patience, positivity and humor.
