We are looking for an artist to join our team who shares our vision and will bring with them a passion for creating high quality content.

Key Areas of responsibilities: 

  • Deliver complex, high quality composited scenes on schedule
  • Chromakey live action scenes
  • Assemble live action, 2D and 3D elements into final scene
  • Balance creative and technical aspects while maintaining continuing between scenes
  • Attend compositing launches, provide input and flag possible issues
  • Handle revisions & QC fixes as required

Required Experience/Professional Skills:

  • 2 + years previous experience on an animated or VFX production
  • Proficient in the use of node-based compositing such as Fusion or Nuke
  • Strong understanding of compositing principles including keying and rotoscoping
  • Strong understanding of colour theory and composition
  • Strong tracking abilities a plus
  • Ability to work within established production pipeline
  • Collaborative with a positive attitude, can take direction and critiques in a professional manner
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solving skills, solutions oriented
