OIAF 2010 coverage

By Mike Valiquette

Ok, I know there’s more going on in this country than the Ottawa International Animation Festival, and I’ll do my best to cover that stuff too, but for the next few days, it’s Festival time!  Tomorrow’s the big day, and I’ll be spending pretty much all my time there.

We’re going to do our best to share with you, and to that end, I’ve shuffled the CartoonNorth twitter feed up the page and asked my fellow contributor, Mr. Rob Anderson, to join me in updating readers via twitter.  That’s his feed over on the left hand side of the page.  I know you’re not all twitter fans, but it’s the quickest way to regular updates out.

Keep checking in, I’ll keep ya’lls posted!

I’ll try to hold down the fort – I’ve got some news on Neil Gaiman making an appearance on a show made in Montreal, a podcast interview with indie animators Kevin D.A. Kurytnik & Carol Beecher from Fifteen Pound Pink in Calgary, and more NFB Get Animated! showcases coming up this week.
