Animation Insider has a great formula.  Standardized interview questions that they send out to all kinds of animation types.  There’s a pretty huge catalogue on there, including a number of notable Canadians.  The latest is “Diamond” Dave Merritt.  Whether you know it or not, you’re probably familiar with the man’s work.
