The Toronto Youth Shorts Film Festival is accepting short cinematic and new media works of all genres, including drama, documentary, experimental and animation, made by those aged 14-28 who reside in the Greater Toronto Area for consideration at the 2012 festival taking place in June. Toronto Youth Shorts is a showcase and educational forum that spotlights cinematic work by local emerging youth artists. Every year, a panel of industry professionals act as a jury, providing feedback to the selected works in the showcase and determining the annual selection of awards.
