Montreal, October 30, 2013 – You have until Monday, November 4th to register for the upcoming Children, Youth & Media (CYM) conference to be held November 13–15 at the St. Andrew’s Club & Conference Centre and at CBC/Radio-Canada in Toronto.

Youth Media Alliance (YMA) is pleased to welcome Jocelyn Stevenson from the British company Mind Candy, who explains how the wildly popular Moshi Monsters, a digital world with 80 million registered users, has benefited from the engagement of its target audience. Moshi Monsters is set to be launched on television and the big screen. Presented by 9 Story Entertainment, this conversation will be lead by its President & CEO Vince Commisso.

The Children, Youth & Media (CYM) conference will be held November 13–15 at the St. Andrew’s Club & Conference Centre and at CBC/Radio-Canada in Toronto:

  • November 13 – General conference
  • November 14 – Workshop with Jan-Willem Bult: Creating for Boys Aged 9 to 12: Isolation or Integration? – Space is limited!
  • November 15 – Forays into the Latin American market
